How AnyPrint Works

1. Purchase and Assign License: Get started by purchasing and assigning licenses to users. Global Administrators can manage licenses within the AnySoft Portal.
2. Create Printers: Easily define a new printer within the AnyPrint Portal, setting printer details such as ip address, port, driver and printer configuration. Assign Printer to users for automated deployment.
3. Install AnyPrint Agent: Download and install the AnyPrint Agent application on your devices, authentcate with your username and password, enabling remote printing capabilities.
4. Print Remotely: Once everything is set up, printers, drivers and configuration is automatically deployed to logged in workstations, ready for users to start printing.
